In anticipation of the Sonic 3 movie release, partnering with Sonic and his iconic crew gave Happy Meal a unique, high-speed opportunity to ignite imagination, energy, and connection—inviting families to experience the thrill of going fast, together.

We invited kids to jump into the action and help Team Sonic take on a new mission. As they raced to collect emerald power and outsmart evil forces, each Happy Meal offered a chance to discover new characters, explore new storylines, and step into the role of hero. Every interaction brought fresh excitement, encouraging kids to imagine, lead, and play their way through the adventure.

By blending Sonic’s bold spirit with Happy Meal’s power to fuel fun, we created an unforgettable adventure that brought families closer—proving once again that when we play together, we go further, faster.
Supercharge Team Sonic
To bring the action to life, we built a supercharged maze experience featuring fan-favorite characters like Sonic, Tails, Shadow, and Knuckles. Kids could choose their hero and race through three unique maze locations inspired by the Sonic 3 movie storyline.

Along the way, they collected emeralds while racing against the clock. We tracked how many emeralds they grabbed and how fast they completed each maze, encouraging kids to jump back in and beat their best score.
